These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MANROE platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Phantom Edtech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the State of Texas, United States, with its principal office at 701 Tillery Street, Unit 12-2985, Austin, Texas 78702.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
To use the Service you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at support@manroe.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
MANROE is an AI-powered character creation and content generation platform. The Service allows you to:
All content is generated by third-party and proprietary AI models. Results are non-deterministic — output quality, accuracy, and consistency may vary and are not guaranteed. We continuously improve our models and pipeline, but we make no warranties that generated content will meet your specific expectations.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Generating photos consumes credits; generating videos consumes additional credits. Credit costs per action are displayed in the interface at the time of generation.
New accounts receive a limited number of complimentary credits. Free credits are non-transferable and may expire or be modified at our discretion.
We offer paid subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Plus, Creator, Pro) billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription details, including credit allocations, features, and pricing, are available on our pricing page and may change from time to time. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may purchase one-time credit packs. Purchased credits (“bonus credits”) do not expire for the duration your account remains active, but are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are, as a general rule, non-refundable, and unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated. We review each refund request individually and on its own merits, taking into account factors such as the time elapsed since purchase, account activity, and credit usage; we reserve the right to approve or decline a request at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity without prior notice or refund.
The Service offers an optional feature that expands creative and stylistic flexibility, available to users on eligible subscription plans or through a paid add-on.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, AI models, templates, user interface, and all related materials, is the exclusive property of Phantom Edtech LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the photos and text descriptions you upload to the Service (“Input Content”). Subject to applicable AI model provider terms and the limitations described herein, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the AI-generated images and videos (“Output Content”) created through your account for personal and commercial purposes.
By uploading Input Content or generating Output Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. Content you publish to the public gallery may be displayed on our website and promotional materials. You may remove your public gallery content at any time.
Due to the nature of AI generation, Output Content may resemble content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that your Output Content is unique or exclusive to you.
When you upload photos for character creation, our AI analyzes facial and body attributes to build a consistent character representation. By uploading photos:
The Service integrates with third-party providers for AI model inference, payment processing, cloud storage, and authentication. These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services, and your use of their services is subject to their respective terms.
We strive to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including features, AI models, credit pricing, and subscription tiers — at any time with or without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHANTOM EDTECH LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phantom Edtech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your Input Content or Output Content; (d) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (e) your use of NSFW features.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) we may delete your account data and generated content after a reasonable retention period; (c) any outstanding credits or prepaid subscription fees are forfeited and non-refundable. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@manroe.io.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notice to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phantom Edtech LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
